Applicants undergo a comprehensive screening process and must complete an application form in front of a company member. The application form must account for a complete career history with checkable references.
A Police records check which covers the individuals past five years will be conducted. The record must show no civil or criminal convictions and no current driving licence suspensions.

All employees will possess the ability to perform all general duties, functions and activities. They will be in good general health and have acquired a good working knowledge of all aspects of contract security.
